I wrote this song when I was in my late teens. I wanted a way to express my love for the Savior, and explain to others who Christ was. I grew up in a community where I was the only LDS person in my class at school, and I had to defend our Savior several times. This song is in some small way a result of those feelings. This was sung in our Sacrament meeting and several expressed a feeling of peace as they heard it. That’s all I want. I just want others to come to know our Savior.
